PART EIGHT

Chapter One

It was well after midnight when Justin and I returned to the caravan park, where we found all lights to be out in the vans and cabins, including that which was occupied by Justin’s parents.

"What do you want to do?" I asked him as we pulled to a stop in the carport. "Do you want to go back down there? Or you can stay up here in the house if you like."

"The house," he answered. "If that’s alright with you?"

"That’s what I thought you’d say," I replied. "And yeah, it’s alright with me."

We got out of the truck and walked up the path to the verandah, then up the steps. It was a fairly pleasant night, still warm, but with a cool breeze coming in from the ocean. It was nights like this that I quite often enjoyed sitting alone on the deck in the dark, just listening to the sounds of the night.

"Feel like another drink or anything?" I asked him as we went in through the sliding glass door and into the kitchen.

"No. Not really," he answered. "I think I’d rather just hit the sack."

"Yeah, that’s not a bad idea," I commented, while switching off the living room lights and briefly leaving the house in darkness as I started to cross the floor, heading toward the entrance to the hallway.

And it was there that I bumped into Justin.

"Shit, sorry mate," I said to him.

"That’s alright," he whispered back to me in the darkness, as I felt his breath close to my face, and then his hand come to rest on my chest.

"Jay," I said softly. "I . . ."

I was cut short however, as his lips covered mine, for that very first time, tasting faintly of the alcohol we had both enjoyed earlier.

As he kissed me, I kissed him back, our lips working with the other, our tongues probing each other, our hands exploring each other.

This was the moment that I had long been looking forward to, yet at the same time dreading, for some strange reason. It was the moment that I knew was inevitable, and which I had longed for, yet now that it was here, it felt . . . awkward. Somehow things weren’t quite right.

I broke away from him and placed a hand on either side of his head, then rested my forehead against his.

It was then that I realised what the problem was, as the image of Peter Black, who was now sleeping not more than fifty yards away, came into my mind.

"What’s wrong?" he asked. "Don’t you want me?"

"Jay," I whispered. "Right now I want you more than anything in the world. I want this more than anything in the world."

"But?"

"But your parents are right out there. It just doesn’t feel . . . right, somehow."

"Do you think it ever feel right then?" he asked, sounding slightly hurt.

"Oh, God yes," I replied. "But when this does happen, when we do make love to each other for the first time, I want it to be perfect. I want it to be just us, like we were the last two people in the world. I don’t want it to happen with your parents, or mine for that matter, being right there to look over our shoulders."

In the pale light I could barely see his face, but I could see the pain that was there. I hoped that he could see the pain on mine as well.

"Well, aren’t you going to say anything?" I asked him.

"It’s just . . . it’s just that I’ve dreamt of this night for so long. And it was going to be so perfect."

Pulling him to me I wrapped my arms around him and hugged him close, with his head resting on my shoulder. I could smell his hair, and the almost sweet smell of his sweat, mixed with the heady fragrance of alcohol, and I felt that old and familiar tingling sensation stir deep within me.

Despite all my confusion in recent weeks, I knew what it was that I wanted now, and I knew that it was now within my grasp. But as I held him close to me, I also knew that it wouldn’t be fair to either of us if we acted on our feelings right away and jumped straight into bed. We both needed time to let things take a natural course and to let our feelings for one another grow of their own accord and grow true, without the chance of their being little more than pure lust.

"Oh, Justin," I said, as I hugged him tightly. "We have all the time in the world now to be with each other, and when we do take this next step it will be perfect, I promise you that. What I’m feeling for you right now is nothing at all like anything I’ve ever felt for anyone before. I’m not going to let you go. I’m not going to let anything happen to you."

He lifted his head and looked up at me, just gazing into my eyes for the longest of times, without saying anything. I could see his eyes sparkling in the night, and had a faint suspicion that it was tears that were moistening his eyes and making the sparkle.

It was then that he reached up and kissed me, his lips caressing mine, ever so gently, then said, "Thank you."

Chapter Two

Justin ended up sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room last night, reluctantly, but saying that he at least understood why it was that I needed it that way.

And as for me? Well, I didn’t really get any sleep at all. I tossed and turned and spent a lot of time lying on my back, staring and at the ceiling and watching endless groups of shadows dance across it. I still didn’t know if I was doing the right thing or not, by pushing Justin away like that just when he was ready to take that next step, but I felt that it was something that I had to do just at that moment, despite the urgings that were coming from my loins.

I could only hope that he truly did understand and that our feelings for each other would only be the stronger for it.

At about three o’clock in the morning, after I had answered a call of nature, and knowing that I wouldn’t be able to sleep anyway, I gave in to that little voice in my head that was telling me to stay away from him for the moment, and went and sat in one of the lounge chairs beside the sofa bed.

I noticed that as it was quite a warm night he had stripped down to his boxer shorts and was sleeping on top of the sheets, uncovered. The sight of his trim, smooth body had exactly the effect on me that I had expected and I soon found myself reaching down inside my own shorts, although quietly castigating myself for even this small indulgence. In the end I stopped what I was doing and just sat there in the darkness, watching him sleep and listening to the rhythmical sound of his breathing.

Some time through the night I did end up drifting off into an uneasy sleep myself, waking several times to find Justin still sleeping peacefully, then just before dawn I was pleasantly surprised when I looked across at him and found his shorts tented out by an early morning erection.

I smiled to myself at the thought of what may be going through his head right at this moment to cause such a reaction. And when he rolled over in his sleep to face me a few minutes later, the head of his cock slipped out through the unbuttoned slit at the front of his shorts, silently teasing me.

I don’t know for how long I stared at him for, unable to force myself to look away, and once again I felt myself stirring at the sight of him.

"Jesus," I thought to myself. "Give the kid a break! It’s only his first night here!"

Tearing myself away from him, before I lost control of myself all together and did something like reach out and touch him, I got to my feet and headed into the bathroom, deciding that a shower at this early hour might do me the world of good.

I shut the bathroom door quietly, then turned on the water and adjusted it to where it was just right . . . not cold, but not too hot either. Then after stripping off my shorts and letting them fall onto the floor, I stepped under the stream of warm water, letting it course over me, refreshing me and cleansing me.

Soaping myself all over I began to scrub the staleness of the previous day from my body, enjoying the freshness of the soap and water and running my hands all over myself.

The very thought that Justin was sleeping not very far away from me kept creeping back into my mind, as I let my hand slide from where it had been gently caressing my nipples, down my abdomen, before finally coming to rest over my rapidly hardening member.

The silky smooth feel of my hand and the soap suds had it’s usual effect, and it wasn’t very long before I found myself settling into a familiar rhythm, stroking away in a steady fashion, while with my other hand I reached around behind me and let my fingers slip between the cheeks of my butt, searching for the most tender parts.

Before long I felt the pressure starting to rise, and as I slipped first one finger, then a second, inside me it felt like it was almost time.

Giving myself just a few more firm strokes, while plunging my fingers deeper inside me, I felt myself give a shudder before finally I exploded, falling against the wall of the shower and splattering the glass shower screen with my juices.

After squeezing out the last few drops of cum and letting them fall to the floor, I quickly splashed some water on the glass and let the fruits of my labours be washed away. It was always a good way to start the day I reckoned, but today I started thinking about how I would be starting the days ahead, now that I had someone with whom I would be sharing a bed, and so much more.

As I stepped out of the shower and dried myself off, I knew that things would be quite a bit different from now on. But I have to say that that was something I was really looking forward to.

Chapter Three

After leaving the bathroom, with only a towel wrapped around me, I went to my bedroom and dressed, before heading for the kitchen to prepare some breakfast.

The mundane tasks like eating and drinking and washing and doing the laundry all still had to be done, so I set about getting a start on them, while Justin still slept.

From the kitchen I could see the sofa bed in the living room, with Justin still uncovered and his erection still protruding from his shorts. He was now bathed in an early morning light however, giving him an almost angelic look.

I smiled to myself as I realised that I couldn’t ever recall seeing any angel with a hard-on.

Well, I suppose there’s a first time for everything!

Justin stirred just as I broke some eggs into the frying pan and I looked up to see him roll over, now turning his back to me. Glancing up at the clock I noticed that it was almost seven and figured that he could probably stay there for a while longer, although I wouldn’t have been at all surprised if I’d have received a knock at the door anytime soon to find his parents standing there!

With that in mind I walked into the living room and stood by his bed, gazing down at the body I was so beginning to adore. Laying on his side and with his back to the kitchen area it would have been a perfectly innocuous view for anyone standing there, but from where I was standing it was something entirely different.

Was that pre-cum that was leaking from the end of his cock? Man, he must have been having some dream! I must remember to ask him about it when he wakes up!

Resisting once again the temptation that I had to reach out and touch him, I decided instead that it would probably be best if I covered him over somehow, just in case there were any unexpected visitors. He was half lying on a sheet, so carefully I pulled it out from under him and draped it across his body, covering his legs and waist and up to about his chest.

At least there wouldn’t be any surprises now.

Smiling to myself I returned to the kitchen and finished preparing breakfast, then after putting Justin’s in the oven to keep warm I sat down at the kitchen table and looked out into the day that was now under-way. It was bright and sunny, and as I started to eat, the tourists started their coming and going.

I was still there about half an hour later, when Justin finally surfaced, rubbing the sleep from his eyes and running his hands back through his untidy hair.

"You eat without me?" he asked cheekily, as he pulled out a chair and sat down opposite me.

"Sorry mate. I didn’t have the heart to wake you. You looked like you were enjoying your dream too much," I replied.

"Wha . . ." he started to say, then shut his mouth when he saw me grinning at him.

He grinned back, then glanced away, almost as if he were embarrassed.

"Relax Jay," I said to him. "There isn’t anything wrong with that. It’s perfectly natural."

"How the hell could you possibly know what I was dreaming about?" he asked.

"You’re right. I don’t know what you were dreaming about," I replied. "But seeing as I was eighteen once too, I could take a pretty wild guess about the general subject . . . especially since your cock was hanging out of your boxer shorts at daylight and dribbling pre-cum all over my clean sheets!"

"What? Are you shittin’ me?" he asked, almost giggling.

I simply shook my head.

"You know. That’s the difference between you and my father," he said after a thoughtful silence.

"What’s that?"

"Well, you know what it’s like to be young and to be horny," he answered. "If it had of been him seeing that, he probably would have thrown a bucket of cold water over me and told me I was a dirty little bastard!"

"Jay, I’m not your father, but you have to understand that he comes from a different generation to that which I’ve come from. They had different values back when he was a kid and they looked at a lot of things quite differently to the way that people my age, and your age for that matter, look at things."

"Yeah. I suppose you’re right."

"It doesn’t mean that they are necessarily right or wrong. And it doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s us that are right or wrong. It’s just what we’ve been taught by the society that each of us has grown up in. Times do change, and so does the way people think about things."

He thought about that for a moment, while studying me carefully, then nodded slowly.

"How do you do it?" he asked after a few minutes.

"What’s that?"

"How do you see things like you do? You always seem to have the answers, and at just the right time."

I shook my head. "I don’t have all the answers Jay. I just call it like I see it."

"Well, you do a pretty good job of it. I don’t know what might have happened yesterday if you hadn’t have shown up when you did."

"Thanks mate," I said, while reaching across the table and letting my hand rest on his, before we both lifted our hands and placed our palms together, letting our fingers become intertwined.

We sat there just smiling at each other, holding hands and enjoying the moment.

"You know?" he said after a little while. "It WAS a pretty good dream."

"It looked like it," I replied.

"I dreamt that it was dark, and I woke up, and you were sitting in a chair next to my bed, so I started jerking off in front of you."

I stifled a giggle.

"It felt so real," he added.

"Is that so?" I asked.

Chapter Four

As far as I can recall, I don’t think I’ve ever just sat at a table before to watch someone eat. You can call me crazy if you like, but just being in Justin’s company was good enough for me. Irrespective of what he was doing.

After I retrieved his plate from the oven and sat it in front of him, I poured us both some coffee and sat down opposite him, watching him devour the eggs and toast I had cooked.

"Thanks for this," he said, as he picked up a knife and fork.

"Anytime, Jay. Anytime."

I picked up my coffee cup and took a sip, watching the ravenous teenager I had welcomed into my home, from across the brim and thinking about how so much had changed in the past twenty-four hours.

"What are you looking at?" he scoffed, as he gathered up another load of food and shovelled it into his mouth.

"Err . . . I don’t know really. Perhaps the Ghost of Christmas Future?" I offered, startling even myself that I had said it.

For a moment there I saw his expression go blank, as he had to think for a second, then his eyes widened and his face broke out into a smile.

"Well. Maybe!" he replied. "And how do you feel about that?"

"Maybe a little scared," I answered, as I shrugged. "And quite a bit nervous. But at the same time, quite a lot excited."

The smile broadened.

"Let’s not go jumping the gun here though, bud. A lot can happen between now and when we may be able to say for sure that that is how we’ll end up," I hastened to add.

"Yeah. I understand that," he answered. "We do need to take it one day at a time, don’t we?"

"Uh, huh."

"And there’s a lot of stuff we need to find out about each other."

"Uh, huh."

"I mean . . . we might end up hating each other or something?"

"Do you really think that will happen?"

"Not if I can help it," he answered, his face plastered with a wicked grin.

"Pleased to hear it, mate."

"You know, it’s funny."

"What’s that?"

"Oh, just how much things can change in twenty-four hours!" he answered.

"It’s funny you should say that actually! I was just thinking that myself!"

Chapter Five

Justin helped me clear the dishes from the table, then wash them and dry them, then clean up the rest of the kitchen. It didn’t take us long, working together like this, and the occasional gentle touch that we would give each other as we worked, giving us a sense of closeness that I don’t think either of us had experienced before, made it all the more enjoyable.

"You want me to fold up the bed?" he asked when we were finished in the kitchen.

"Nah, it’s O.K.," I answered. "Besides, your folks will be bound to come up before they leave, and if they see it like that, they’ll think it’s normal."

"Ahhh . . . good idea."

"I think your father may have been worried something was going on from the way he was talking yesterday afternoon, so it’s best not to tempt fate, I reckon."

"Well, that’s true," he answered. "You know, he asked me yesterday afternoon when he got back down to the cabin after talking with you, what it was that I could come out and tell a complete stranger but couldn’t tell him!"

"He did? What did you say?"

"Not much. Just that I would talk to him and mum when the time was right. And that you weren’t actually a complete stranger!"

I simply nodded.

"I’m not sure," he added. "But I think mum might have some idea though!"

"Really? What makes you say that?"

"Oh, just the way she was acting. Oh yeah, and she kept telling me how nice a guy you were. Do you think that means anything?"

"I have no idea mate. I suppose we’ll just have to wait and see," I answered.
